In accordance with AMCC traditions, there will be a Parade of Club Colors at a time to be announced.

Meals are generally served in the dining hall, and at least one lunch is a barbeque.  Snack type foods (cracker packs, cookies, sweets, fruit) will be available in the Taverna along with soft drinks and water, as well as the adjacent beer truck.  Coffee will be available in the a.m. for the early risers.

The Taverna area also contains a TV where videos will be shown on a regular basis.  (News in the a.m.)  The large fireplace creates a warm and welcoming environment.  We will set up a special cigar area for those who enjoy their stogies and the men who appreciate them.

The pool is open daily, from about 10:00 a.m. until about 4:00 p.m.  Clothing is optional.  Licensed water-safety men will be on duty.

As is our tradition, there will be a table-decorating contest at Saturday evening’s dinner.  Creativity is expected – and there will be a table decoration award.  (Of course, no open flames inside of the wooden buildings!)  Live models are acceptable.

Also, there is a cabin decorating contest.  No major renovations (including nails, staples, paint, etc.), but there are a lot of possibilities.  Baltimoreans recreated a B’more row house with painted screens and appliances, and hair-curlered matrons; another group transformed into Cuba.  Another became a Russian cottage with icons, etc.  You get the idea.  We won’t mention the bordello.

We are planning a Harry Potter style “Quit-Itch” game (no copyright violations here!).  We’ve transformed the U.S. Collegiate Quidditch Association game to suit our purposes.  You are welcome to participate and we will set up teams.  Spectators are welcome to cheer on their teams in Hogwarts attire, either medieval or academic.  NO broom-flying allowed. Spells are acceptable.

We plan on hosting our Jeopardy game after dinner.  Clubs and GDI groups are welcome to find their most able player and challenge the other groups.  (Shouted answers will be met by trench-coated thugs with truncheons.)

There are also bike events scheduled, which include skills competitions and riding events.  There will also be an extended bike enduro through the area.  As is tradition, there will be a bike blessing and naming.

Since the early 1980’s we have held a “Brotherhood Convocation”.  This brief gathering, before Sunday cocktails and dinner, calls us to think about what our leather brotherhood means to us and to our community.  It’s a brief quiet time and we also remember by name those who are no longer with us so that they remain among us at Olympia.

Award points and trophies for all the various competitions will be given according to the AMCC (Atlantic Motorcycle Coordinating Council) regulations both on Sunday evening as well as on Monday morning at breakfast.
